This explains what we collect when you use petprint, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• The pet photos you upload, and the portraits we make from them.
• Your name, email and shipping address when you order.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

• To make your portrait and show you a preview.
• To print and deliver your order, and email you about it.
• To answer your questions and fix problems with orders.

We won't use your photos or portraits in our marketing unless you give us permission first.

Who we share it with

• fal.ai, which turns your photo into a portrait.
• Stripe, which processes your payment.
• Printful and its print partners, which print and ship your order.

These services only get what they need to do their part. We don't sell your information.

Cookies and storage

We use a cookie to count your portrait previews each day, and your browser stores your cart so it's still there when you come back.

Your choices

Email hello@petprint.shop to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
