Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Every order is printed for you, usually at a print partner close to where it's going.

How long it takes

• We check your portrait and send it to print within 1 business day.
• Printing takes 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on where you are.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

What it costs

Orders with 2 or more printed items ship free. For a single item, shipping is:

• Australia: $9.95 AUD
• New Zealand: $14.95 NZD
• United States: $7.95 USD
• United Kingdom: £5.95 GBP
• Canada: $11.95 CAD

Digital portrait files are delivered by download, with no shipping.

Customs and duties

Most orders are printed in or near the destination country, so customs charges are rare. If an order is charged duties or import taxes on arrival, those are paid by the recipient.

Orders with more than one item

Different products can be printed in different places, so they may arrive in separate parcels.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Email us at hello@petprint.shop within 24 hours of ordering if the address needs changing. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, get in touch and we'll sort it out with the courier.
