Questions
What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus. Phone photos are perfect. One pet per photo gives the best results.
Is it hand-painted?+
No. Our AI paints your pet from your photo in seconds, so you can try every style for free before you buy. A real person then checks every portrait before it's printed.
Do I see the portrait before I pay?+
Yes. You see the exact portrait before you order, and you can try different styles for free first.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days. We check your portrait within a day, printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then it's posted.
Will it look sharp when printed?+
Every portrait is enlarged to high resolution before printing, so mugs, tees and posters come out crisp.
How much is shipping?+
A flat $9.95 AUD to Australia, $14.95 NZD to New Zealand, $7.95 USD to the United States, £5.95 GBP to the United Kingdom and $11.95 CAD to Canada. Shipping is free on 2+ items.
Will it arrive for Christmas?+
Order by 4 December for Christmas delivery. Ornaments, puzzles and cushions are made overseas, so order those by 19 November, and wrapping paper by 13 November (Australia and New Zealand). After that, the digital portrait file is ready to download straight away, which makes a great last-minute gift.
Can I buy just the digital file?+
Yes. The high-res portrait file is half price or less when you add it to any print. You download it as soon as you've paid.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?+
Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to send it back.
