By using petprint or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your photos

Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. Don't upload photos of people, or anything offensive or that belongs to someone else. We can cancel and refund any order that breaks this.

Your portrait

Portraits are made by AI, so each one is a little different and may not match your pet exactly. The preview you approve is what we print. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed product.

The portrait is yours for personal use. Please don't resell products featuring it without asking us.

Prices and payment

Prices are in the currency of the country we're delivering to and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but not for orders you've already placed.

Orders

We check every portrait before it goes to print. If one can't be printed well, we'll contact you, and if we can't fix it we'll refund you in full.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
